Terms of Service

01 Acceptance

By accessing the NovaSix website, using its tools, connecting an account or submitting community content, you agree to these Terms of Service and the NovaSix Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 Service description

NovaSix provides community tools, downloadable resources, account features and user-submitted content such as Splash images. Features may be added, changed or removed as the project develops.

The service is an independent community project. NovaSix is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord, Activision, Microsoft, Infinity Ward, Treyarch or Sledgehammer Games.

03 Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally permitted to use the connected services available through NovaSix. If you connect Discord, you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country and comply with its terms and community guidelines.

You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord and NovaSix accounts, including everything submitted through your account. Do not share access to your session or attempt to use another person's identity.

04 Basic rules

Use NovaSix normally and respect other people. Do not:

• Spam, attack, overload or try to bypass the website's security.
• Use another person's account or pretend to be someone else.
• Upload malware, illegal content or material you do not have permission to share.

05 Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give NovaSix permission to store, display and moderate it as part of the website.

NovaSix may remove a submission when it breaks these rules or someone else's rights.

06 Splash submissions

If your Splash contains NSFW material, simply mark the NSFW checkbox before submitting it. The website will add a label and hide the preview behind a warning.

Do not submit illegal content, malware, spam or images uploaded only to test the public gallery. If a Splash breaks a rule, it may be rejected or deleted.

07 Availability and enforcement

The service is provided as an evolving community project and may experience interruptions. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, perform maintenance or comply with legal requirements.

NovaSix may suspend an account or server integration when these terms are violated. A server administrator may remove the bot at any time, and a user may disconnect their NovaSix account or request deletion of stored account data.

08 Third-party services

The bot relies on services provided by Discord, Supabase and Cloudflare. Their own terms and policies also apply when you use their platforms. NovaSix is not responsible for outages, changes or actions controlled by those providers.

09 Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaSix is not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruption, unauthorized use or third-party platforms.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer or data protection law.

10 Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the bot, website or legal requirements change. The effective date and version at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11 Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable Brazilian law, without limiting any mandatory rights available to users in their place of residence.
