Privacy Policy

01 Scope

This policy applies to the NovaSix Discord bot, Discord OAuth sign-in, the NovaSix account profile and features that explicitly link to this document. Discord and other service providers process data under their own privacy policies.

02 Data processed

Discord may provide an email address to the authentication system. NovaSix does not display it on your public profile or use it for advertising or marketing. The bot does not intentionally read or store the content of ordinary Discord messages.

03 How data is used

• Authenticate your NovaSix account through Discord.
• Display your Discord name and avatar in your own account interface.
• Apply and display the NovaSix account tier assigned by the project administrator.
• Provide, moderate and secure community submissions and tools.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors and maintain service reliability.
• Comply with valid legal obligations.

04 Storage and security

Account and submitted-content records are stored using Supabase. Website delivery and related technical traffic may be processed by Cloudflare. Discord provides the identity information required for account sign-in.

Reasonable technical controls are used, including authenticated requests, restricted storage areas and database access policies. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

05 Sharing and sale

NovaSix does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the bot and website, with server administrators when necessary to manage a community feature, or when legally required.

Approved community submissions may become publicly accessible together with the title, description or attribution you choose to provide. Private submissions remain restricted while awaiting moderation.

06 Retention

Account information is retained while your NovaSix account remains active. Account tier results may be cached briefly to reduce requests. Pending submissions are retained while they are reviewed, while approved submissions remain available until removed.

Data may be retained for a limited additional period when required for security, backup recovery, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

07 Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion or information about how your data is used. You may also:

• Remove the bot from a server if you are authorized to manage that server.
• Revoke NovaSix authorization from your Discord account settings.
• Sign out and request deletion of your NovaSix account and submitted content.

Some information may be retained when required by law or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

08 Age requirements

The service is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. If personal data was submitted by someone who was not eligible to use the service, contact NovaSix so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

09 Policy changes

This policy may be updated when data practices, service providers or features change. The effective date and version shown above will identify the current policy.
